The measurements were performed in the temperature range from 1.9 to 40 K in pulsed magnetic fields up to 40 T. It was found that the Fermi surface of electrons consisted of one sphere. The values of the cyclotron effective mass at the bottom of the conduction band, the inter-band momentum matrix element and the g* factor were calculated.</description> <date>1992-08-24</date> </dc> </metadata> </record> </GetRecord> </OAI-PMH>
