<description>Panorama judges demand an apology in writing from sixteen bands and Pan Trinbago, for accusing them of cheating on behalf of certain steelbands. If the judges do not get an apology, they would refuse to adjudicate and the semi-finals and finals will have to be called off, for the regulations state that the same judges must decide on the winning bands right through the competition. Pan Trinbago's executive have decided to bow to the judges' wish.</description>
