<description lang=en>The social networks high level rise led many organizations to invest in information and communication digital technologies (ICDT). Innovation by use theory is convened here to analyze the informational practices taking place in cultural institutions. We try to show in what logics using those technologies linked at digital social networks by certain institutions leaders recalled users influential divert meditational practices and profile a new digital identity of the professional as well as the library assigned role.</description>
<description lang=fr>L’essor des réseaux sociaux a conduit de nombreuses organisations à investir dans les technologies numériques d’information communication (TNIC). Le modèle théorique de l’innovation par l’usage est ici convoqué pour analyser les pratiques informationnelles qui prennent place dans des institutions à caractère culturel et dans lesquelles quelques activités de médiations articulées autour des usages des réseaux sociaux numériques ont été repérées. Nous tentons de montrer en quoi les logiques d’usages de ces technologies - réseaux sociaux numériques incarnées par certaines institutions leaders, usagers influents déconstruisent les pratiques de médiations et profilent une nouvelle identité numérique aussi bien du professionnel que durôle assigné par convention aux bibliothèques. </description>
