<description lang=en>For a few years, Caribean population have discovered and have been using their seashores. However, because of the developpement of international tourism, the building of trading ports and the implementation of free trading zones, seashores are discontinuous access is often denied to local populations.</description>
<description lang=fr>Les enclaves, qu’elles soient touristiques, industrielles, commerciales ou environnementales semblent être l’aboutissement de politiques de gestion qui ont mené à la marchandisation des littoraux de la Caraïbe. Elles apparaissent au moment où les insulaires occupent et s’approprient ces rivages. Les enclaves constituent des discontinuités aux synapses étroitement fermées vers l’île et au contraire ouvertes sur l’économie globalisée</description>
